About the Bild Diploma
The Bild Diploma in Practice Leadership offers learners a unique, practice-based qualification for practitioners who provide direct support to people in health, social care, or education.
These Pearson-accredited BTEC Level 5 Diplomas allow practitioners to specialise in their chosen pathway, based on the requirements of their role and setting, with all routes providing a firm foundation in Practice Leadership.
All Bild Diploma learners will undertake core units in:
- Capable and Supportive Environments
- Practice Leadership
- Working with people with lived experience to influence change
These are accompanied by two additional specialist units providing further knowledge in underlying principles and their practical application. This practical application is required to meet the Diploma criteria.
