The Bild Diploma in Practice Leadership is a unique, practice-based qualification for those providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities and autistic people in health, social care, or education. Each diploma combines core learning with specialist units that emphasise the application of theory in real-world practice, ensuring learners meet the full Diploma criteria.

About the Bild Diploma in Practice Leadership
Delivered in partnership with the Restraint Reduction Network and Respond, these Pearson-accredited BTEC Level 5 Diplomas allow practitioners to specialise in their chosen pathway, linked to the requirements of their role and setting, with all routes providing a firm foundation in Practice Leadership.
Core units (completed by all learners):
- Capable and Supportive Environments
- Practice Leadership
- Working with people with lived experience to influence change
These core units are complemented by two specialist units that develop deeper knowledge of key principles and their practical application within a chosen area of practice.
