Learning and Development Support Scheme 2025-2026 Funding
Good news for those looking at developing their skills in PBS!
Several of Bild’s PBS workforce development programmes are eligible for Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) funding!
The Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS), from the DHSC, supports adult social care employers in England to upskill their staff through eligible training courses.
Funding is available for non-regulated adult social care staff in England, including deputy and CQC-registered managers and agency staff, for the financial year 2025-2026.
Employers can get support of between £160-475 per learner through the LDSS towards the cost of Bild’s:
- PBS Practitioner
- CAPBS Coaches Programme
If you are an adult social care provider based in England and you or your employees have participated in any of the above Bild courses since 1 April this year, or if you are due to start in the coming 6 months, you may be able to apply to the LDSS for support.
Funding is for courses and qualifications that have been paid for between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.
