We’re pleased that the Bild family is growing, and we are recruiting to fill a key administrative position with our operations team.

Learning and Development Administrator (Bild)
24-30 hours per week
This part-time role involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with Bild stakeholders, including all staff, new and existing customers, associate consultants, advisors, people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and their families.
Key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Responding to enquiries in a timely way, by demonstrating excellent customer service
- Working collaboratively with the publications coordinator to maintain version control of written materials, such as handouts, PowerPoints, training materials and easy-read documents
- Providing general administrative support for training and development, including liaison with awarding bodies
