Webinar recording – How social care staff can support good health and wellbeing – The new Bild diploma

This free webinar was a deep dive into the BTEC Bild Diploma in Practice Leadership for Supporting Good Health and Wellbeing – a new Bild diploma empowering social care staff to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of those they support.

This qualification focuses on tackling health inequalities, improving access to care, and promoting wellbeing across all stages of life. Learners will explore the effects of social and systemic barriers, build strategies for person-centred practice, and strengthen their understanding of essential legislation, including the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding requirements. They will also develop skills in recognising health deterioration, managing long-term conditions, and supporting life transitions and end-of-life care.
