Postural Care: It’s never too late! – an upcoming Growing Older with Learning Disabilities webinar

The next free Growing Older with Learning Disabilities webinar will be looking at postural care and will take place on 4 June at 12:30pm

Postural care is a non-invasive approach designed to support professionals and carers of people with complex needs. Effective postural support helps people to engage in activities they enjoy, develop better communication and prevent complex deformities. Good postural care improves overall wellbeing and quality of life. It can lengthen lives and help avoid further pain and physical disability.

This webinar aims to raise awareness of postural care by empowering professionals, family members and carers to take part in guiding the people they support through it.
