From time-to-time Bild offers consultancy opportunities for people with specific experience or expertise to join us on a freelance or short-term basis.
We call these consultancy roles ‘Associates’. Our Associate roles are vital to achieving Bild’s mission and offer individuals unique opportunities in their own professional growth and development.
Some examples include:
- PBS Associates – delivering Bild’s Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support programmes to services.
- Associate Tutors – supporting learners through Bild’s qualifications.
- Associate Project Managers – leading on the strategic and day-to-day running of various projects.
- Lived Experience Associates – shaping ideas, testing solutions and influencing decisions throughout Bild’s work.
