
The Community of Practice (CoP) is a dedicated space for PBS practitioners who have who have successfully completed the CAPBS PBS Coaches Programme and Diploma.
It brings together practice leaders across health, social care and education providing a space to connect, reflect and strengthen the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
What can members expect?
Connection – network with PBS practitioners across sectors and build relationships across the UK and beyond
Learning and development – access emerging research and resources with bi-annual webinars led by PBS experts and Practice Leaders
Reflection – a space to reflect on challenges, share experiences and learn from others
Celebration – time to showcase best practice, share success stories and learn what is working in other settings
To begin with the CoP will offer two webinars per year and biannual newsletters. Over time we aim to develop a platform to support more regular peer connection.

Practice Leaders are central to delivering high-quality, values-led support. However, at times this role can feel isolating. It is essential to stay connected, informed, and reflective particularly in an evolving PBS landscape.
We want this community to help in some way.
This CoP aims to support you by providing:
