The CAPBS PBS Coaches Programme explores the current PBS landscape, the core elements of effective practice, how to create capable environments, and how to sustain PBS at organisational level.
The first programme of its kind, it has been independently evaluated by the Tizard Centre at the University of Kent.
Evaluation data shows powerful impact: 99% of participants reported positive changes to their practice, with over two thirds describing these as significant.
