The CAPBS (Centre for the Advancement of Positive Behaviour Support) Community of Practice Leaders is a collaborative space for PBS practitioners. It aims to support members to connect, access peer support, share good practice and continuously improve practice.
The community brings together practice leaders across health, social care and education.
You are eligible to join the community if you have completed the Bild CAPBS:
- Diploma in PBS
- Diploma in Practice Leadership in Positive Behaviour Support
Practice Leaders are essential to delivering high quality, values led support. However, at times this role can feel isolating. It is important to stay connected, informed and reflective as your PBS practice continues to develop.
This community aims to support practice leaders by providing:
- A community hub where you can connect with other practice leaders and share knowledge and experiences
- Bi-annual newsletters with the latest updates and emerging research from the sector and community
- Bi-annual webinars with the opportunity for members to present their own best practice
