Bild’s team includes highly experienced staff and a UK-wide network of specialist associates. Together, we bring deep expertise in supporting people, including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities or who exhibit behaviours of distress.
We act as a critical friend: listening carefully, asking the right questions and offering clear, practical advice. We can help you assess the quality of services, develop your workforce, strengthen leadership, support with implementation plans, improve safety and reduce restrictive practices. We support organisational reviews, audits, improvement programmes and meaningful involvement of people with learning disabilities and families.
We don’t provide individual behaviour assessments, clinical supervision, or mentoring linked to qualifications or restrictive intervention training.
