BILD Induction Package – Half Day
We can offer specific in house training programmes for organisations to support new staff and their induction to working with people with learning disabilities and autism.
These can be commissioned in the following areas:
- Person centred approaches
- Communication:
- autism
- Learning disabilities
- Complex needs
- Equality and inclusion
- Principles of safeguarding
- Supporting people with autism
- Supporting people with learning disabilities
This induction package will contribute to the learning required for workers who wish to undertake the Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care Diploma. Please see our Qualifications page for more information about the Diploma.
Intermediate or Advanced – 1 day
For those workers who are already experienced in the field of learning disabilities we can offer the above training and more at a more advanced level.
These training programmes will be delivered as a full day course.
