Who is this for?
This course is for anyone whose role it is to support people with learning disabilities. It is suitable both for new staff and also for people looking to develop, update and refine their skills.
You will find this especially useful if you are completing the Level 3 Diploma in Adult care or the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship. The course is closely linked to modules within these programmes.
This course will also provide a brief introduction to Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support and will benefit those looking to attend either of these courses in the future.
