The certification process

The certification process:

  1. Initial application 

  2. Evaluation − self-evaluation and desktop scrutiny of evidence by assessor, plus observations of training, and the training process, and scrutiny of customer feedback
     
  3. Review by scheme manager

  4. Panel decision 

  5. Certification − award of certificated status

  6. Maintaining certificated status (through regular scrutiny and surveillance of curricula, senior trainers and affiliated (satellite) organisations)
